Pam has built a career in the hospitality design industry spanning more than 20 years, working with two well-respected design firms in Orlando. Her early career began in residential floor covering and cabinetry sales before moving into commercial sales, partnering with interior design firms throughout the area. Encouraged by a close friend to transition into hospitality design, Pam found her passion and has remained in the industry ever since. Her years of experience in FF&E selections and specifications have given her a wealth of knowledge of the industry.

She has been an active member of the Sunshine Chapter of NEWH for many years and has volunteered on the Gala Committee for Canine Companions working to raise money for an organization close to her heart.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Pam enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband David, their pup Blayk, her children, and four grandchildren.
